Comfortable and modern rooms with a safe, central heating, and a handy work desk. the bed was huge and the private bathroom was a nice touch. the best part, though, is the location - just a short 10-minute stroll into town! 🚶‍♂️.

Loved to be here, the hotel was spotless and modern, the location was comfortable in the quiet neighborhood. The rooms of the property were well-equipped and large with a beautiful bathroom, balcony plus good beds.

We got upgraded to a double room which had satellite TV, a nice dining area, and a desk for working. the breakfast had a good variety, with milk, croissants, and butter 👍.

we ate at a good restaurant for dinner.

Exceptionally clean, good value hotel, the location was unbeatable next to a bus stop, the suburbs and Venice. Had huge, spotless room with a beautiful bathroom as well as balcony. A toothpaste and a toothbrush were a plus.

the location of the property was convenient since we were just next door to Venice island. There was a pizzeria called Voglia di Pizza within a 10-minute walk from the B&B.

Beautiful accommodation with a magnificent setting just next door to central Venice. Good local restaurants, a bus stop and the center are easily accessible. Newly furnished double room with exceptionally comfortable beds. A huge variety of facilities including a safe, central heating, and a work desk. Fantastic stay, as always.

This place met all my needs with a peaceful location in a quiet neighborhood, kind staff, and a brand-new modern room with a balcony.

The room was pretty good and the bed was comfy. The bathroom we had was also kept fairly clean. 😊

The room was beautifully renovated, clean, and spacious. The bathroom had great facilities and everything was new. We were warmly welcomed by the owner who made us feel at home right away. The location, although not in Venice itself, was just a short bus ride away. It took about 20-30 minutes on the bus and a 10-minute walk to the bus stop. The owner even allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel after check-out, a nice gesture. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay near Venice.

Thank you for a good stay. The hotel is located at the end of the road, the room is large and well furnished, which is something I enjoyed. The staff is very helpful and exceptional as well as venue's owner. The location is exceptionally nice and perfect, as the hotel is based to a large supermarket. And it's nestled in a renovated building just next door to Venezia and the train station and a bus stop. The property has the restaurant for dinner.

The twin room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and had a cozy bed. I loved the balcony with its beautiful view of the garden, perfect for enjoying a drink. The water pressure in the shower was great and the AC worked perfectly. The Italian breakfast was good, with fresh croissants, yogurts, fruit, and coffee. The welcome refreshment of a Venezia local cookie and bottled water was a nice touch. Paolo, the landlord, was helpful and always provided prompt answers to our questions. He even helped us print out our boarding passes. I would rate this place a 20 if I could!

The hotel is not located directly in Venice itself, but in Mastre, only one stop away from Venice. To reach Venice, you need to take a bus, which takes about 20-30 minutes, and then walk for 10 minutes to the bus stop.
